What happens if the customer presses the « Call » button?
The screen displays the «beep» number and the type of service requested.
To cancel a request, 2 possible solutions:
• Either directly on the “Beep” by pressing the “CANCEL” button.
• Either directly on the screen by pressing «CONFIRM».
Function list:
F1: Setting a call button.
F2: Delete call button.
F3: Time setting.
F4: Scrolling time number setting (0 to 20 seconds – Default setting 5 seconds)
F5 : FUNCTION CURRENTLY NOT IN USE
F6: Choose a ringing.
F8: Time setting for automatic cancellation.
F9: Factory setting.
To enter into a function to set:
1/ Press «FUNC» » on the screen to read F1 (1 flashes).
2/ Press « ADJUST » to scroll through the «F» functions from 1 to 9.
3/ Once the desired F function is displayed, press «CONFIRM» to get into it.
To exit or cancel setting mode press «FUNC», the screen will display the time again.
Note: if you do not touch any button during 40 seconds the screen will automatically exit the setting mode.
FUNCTION 1: Setting a call button (256 maximum):
1/ Enter into function 1 by pressing « FUNC » «F1» (1 flashes).
2/ Press «CONFIRM» 01 will be displayed and 1 flash.
3/ Press «ADJUST» to select the number to assign a button from 01 to 256.
4/ Once the number is selected press «CONFIRM» in order to display the selected number on the screen.
5/ Take a button and press « Bell » or « € » during 2 seconds.
The screen gives a double « beep » to confirm the set button and displays the next number.
a/ To set the button with the number displayed on the receiver, press «CONFIRM». Then take a button and press on « Bell » or « € » during 2 seconds.
The screen gives a double « beep » to confirm the set button and displays the next number and so on.
b/ To set the button with a different number that the one displayed on the receiver, repeat the setting from point «3/».
FUNCTION 2: Delete call button.
1/ Enter into function 1 by pressing «FUNC » «F1» (1 flashes).
2/ Press «ADJUST» to go to «F2».
3/ Press «CONFIRM» to display «001» on the screen.
4/ Press «ADJUST» to select the button to be deleted.
5/ Once the number is selected press «CONFIRM» the screen gives a double «beep» to confirm the set button. If you choose 000 all buttons will be deleted.
FUNCTION 3: Time setting for automatic cancellation.
1/ Enter into function 1 by pressing «FUNC» «F1» (1 flashes).
2/ Press «ADJUST» to go to «F3».
3/ Press «CONFIRM» to see the time flashes.
4/ Press «ADJUST» to change the time.
5/ Press «DIGIT SELECT» to move to minutes (Tens digit), then choose the time with «ADJUST» button.
6/ Press «DIGIT SELECT» to move to minutes (Units digit), then choose the time with «ADJUST» button.
7/ Press «FUNC» to save and exit.
FUNCTION 4: Scrolling time number setting (0 to 20 seconds – Default setting 5 seconds).
1/ Enter into function 4 by pressing «FUNC» «F1» (The 1 flashes).
2/ Press «ADJUST» to go to «F4», then press «CONFIRM» button.
3/ Press «ADJUST» to set the scrolling time from 01 to 2O seconds. By setting 00 the number will not rotated.
4/ Press «FUNC» to exit.
FUNCTION 5 : Function currently not in use.
FUNCTION 6: Choose a ringing.
1/ Enter into function 6 by pressing «FUNC» «F1» (1 flashes).
2/ Press «ADJUST» to go to «F6», then press «CONFIRM» button.
3/ Press «ADJUST» to choose a ringing (7 options available).
4/ Press «FUNC» to exit.
FUNCTION 8: Time setting for automatic cancellation. (There’s no automatic cancellation by default)
1/ Enter into function 8 by pressing « FUNC » «F1» (1 flashes).
2/ Press «ADJUST» to go to «F8», then press «CONFIRM» button.
3/ Press «ADJUST» to set the time or the order will be canceled (between 1 to 60 seconds)
4/ Press «FUNC» to exit.
FUNCTION 9: Factory setting.
1/ Enter into function 9 by pressing «FUNC» «F1» (1 flashes).
2/ Press «ADJUST» to go to F9, then press «CONFIRM» button.
4/ Scroll through the numbers by pressing «ADJUST» to choose No 00
5/ Confirm by pressing «CONFIRM»
The screen will display 00 to 999 to confirm the factory settings.
The screen displays two kinds of information: Call or Bill.
1/ If the No flashes with 1 point: It means it’s a call for service.
2/ If the No flashes with 3 vertical points: It means it’s a call for the bill.
The volume of the screen is adjustable on the side.
